Stroft Capital LLC (“Stroft Capital”) provides the following Mobile Terms and Conditions that will govern communications between you and Stroft Capital and any resulting transactions, all of which are also subject to Stroft Capital Privacy Policies available on its website. Stroft Capital provides numerous services, including those referenced ‎‎on the website. These Mobile Terms and Conditions are in relation to features unique to communications on a mobile phone, particularly involving use of text messaging by seven digit numbers via short message services (“SMS”).

BY COMMUNICATING WITH STROFT CAPITAL OR USING THE WEBSITE OR SMS SERVICE OF STROFT CAPITAL, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE MOBILE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ‎BETWEEN YOU AND STROFT CAPITAL, WHICH INCLUDES THE PRIVACY ‎POLICY HEREIN REFERRED TO AS THE "AGREEMENT". IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS ‎AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE STROFT CAPITAL WEBSITE TO OBTAIN ANY SERVICES FROM OR TO COMMUNICATE WITH USING SMS.‎

Stroft Capital SMS Opt-Out Instructions

1. You can cancel the SMS service and cease receiving mobile communications from Stroft Capital at any time. Just text “STOP” to the text message chat on the main phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message within 24hours to confirm that you have been unsubscribed successfully. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Additonal Information about SMS

1. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Revisions and modifications to Agreement

Stroft Capital reserves the right, at its discretion, to revise the terms of this Agreement and/or ‎change, suspend, discontinue or modify any aspect of any the use of the Website or SMS service. Such modifications may ‎include, without limitation, changes in content, and discontinuance of ‎functional aspects of the Website or SMS.  Your continued use of SMS services or the Website after the posting of ‎revisions to the Mobile Terms Of Use, or the incorporated Website Privacy Policy, shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the express ‎terms of any such revisions.‎
